Order cancellation confirmation?

I just cancelled my online order and never received a confirmation email.  What should I do?

Only Sephora can cancel an order once it has been placed successfully. If you spoke with a Beauty Advisor who confirmed your order was canceled, then you can verify by checking your order history in your account. Click on My Account > View & Track Online Orders

 

If you didn't speak with someone about the cancellation, then it's possible the order never went through completely. For assistance, please give us a call at  1-877-SEPHORA (1-877-737-4672) Mon-Fri 6am-9pm and Sat&Sun 8am-5pm PST.
