Purchase not credited to account?

I made a big in store purchase of $338 and I knew that only $238 would count towards my beauty points since $100 was a gift card.  Well something happened and the purchase was not posted to my account.  When I went back a week later, a consultant called customer service (I guess) and they credited me the beauty points.  Only thing is that it obviously isn't counting toward my VIB status or my skincare challenge since I haven't gotten the email about VIB and on my last purchase I would have been due a full sized sample from the skincare challenge.  Does anyone know how I can get this straightened out?  With this purchase added in I've spent way over $350 so I should be VIB.

Hi terrih. Call customer service at 1-877-SEPHORA (1-877-737-4672) with your receipt from the store purchase. A Beauty Advisor will be happy to look up the SCC & VIB credits and update your account.
