Sephora Train Case

I bought the train case and finally received it today, I totally love it except that the foam in side already has a tear in it. I am a perfectionist so this is bothering me I am contemplating if I should return it or do all of them come like that because it is foam inside?? Help!!

Hi, yanarik. I agree that you should definitely return or exchange anything you're not completely satisfied with. If it was a store purchase, please contact the store directly for more information. If it was an online order, call 1-877-SEPHORA (1-877-737-4672).

All of them have foam, as far as I know. If yours is torn, I don't think it would be wrong to exchange it for an undamaged one. At least, that's what I would do! 🙂
