I reviewed my purchase history for the year. I've spent over $350 this year. But, I have seen no indication that I qualify for VIB. What's the deal?

Same here, spent over $350 this past year and haven't gotten a notice at all.  Definitely will be calling customer support for help with the VIB program.

How long ago was your last purchase?

When I reached $350, it took them about a week to finally send me my e-mail but it was well worth it!!
