If you've double checked your account and you are signed up to received
catalogs, just call 1-877-SEPHORA and have them reset it for you. Alot
of people have been posting with the same problem and that is what the
site moderators always say to do!

lot longer than Sephora order numbers usually are. Would these purchases

You can provide either the Amazon order number or your registered e-mail
address. 🙂 At this time, Amazon orders do not count towards your VIB
spend total.

Purchase not credited to account?
I made a big in store purchase of $338 and I knew that only $238 would
count towards my beauty points since $100 was a gift card. Well

Hi terrih. Call customer service at 1-877-SEPHORA (1-877-737-4672) with
your receipt from the store purchase. A Beauty Advisor will be happy to
look up the SCC & VIB credits and update your account.

You can order from the Illamasqua site directly as well, they ship
internationally! It will be difficult as you cannot test the products
before hand but it's one option.
