For items purchased from Sephora Retail Stores, please contact the store directly for returns information. Contact information is listed at the top of your receipt, or check out our Store Locator.

 

For items purchased from Sephora.com, we will gladly accept returns for any Sephora.com products, no questions asked, upon receiving your returned package within 60 days of receipt of the item. We will pay for your return Shipping and Handling.

1. To make it easy, use the original packaging to ship your product.

2. Fill out the Return Form and include your original packing slip.

3. Use the Merchandise Return Label included in your original order so that the return shipping back to our Warehouse is free via USPS.

 

You can also return Sephora.com products to any Sephora retail store. Bring your order invoice and your return label and a Sephora Cast Member will be happy to process your return.

 

For Canadian, or gift returns, you will need to call 1-877-SEPHORA (1-877-737-4672) before putting your return in the mail. Beauty Advisors are available Mon-Fri 6am-9pm and Sat&Sun 8am-5pm PST.
