Order taking to long to process

I placed my order a week ago and it still says that it is processing at the warehouse.

Does anyone know if they are having delays or something?

I sent them an email, but they haven't gotten back to me yet.

You are not alone, many of us have orders delayed and Sephora CS is constantly apologizing for the delay and offering compensation for the delays. If you are too concerned you can speak with a MOD as heartsmyface suggested or send a PM to Sephoraès FB and they will help you for sure.

Sephora has been dealing with delays from the sale:). You can always call customer service or speaker with a moderator in the customer service threads if you're super concerned.
